Perhaps the most difficult piece of the design process is concept development. The meeting of the minds comes together here. Reviewing what’s worked in the past (or not), what’s old, what’s new and what has yet to be seen and tested. Peeling the onion to define the client’s vision of where they want to be and how we can get there by creating a new set of directions.
